During spring break I couldn't stay away from greasy food, especially on friday because my grandmother made my favorite food dish called stuffed chiles which is fried. Instead of eating just one, I ended up eating two, making me consume an unhealthy portion of food. Self control is key to eating an appropriate food size in which I'm lacking because I tell my self "tomorrow for sure I will eat healthy" but it doesn't work that way.
I think we all do the same,then we complain.
